SDG Radio does not play DAB/DAB+

I didn't have tried the RTLSDR enigma plugin since I updated to 8 version, and I see it doesn't work for DAB signals. It works fine for FM.
As I can't make it work from GUI, I've tried command line, but same results.

But surprisingly, playing on computer using RTL TCP works fine.
Any ideas of what's happening ??

No idea what is going on. Need to find time and look on those issues.

Of course if somebody can offer a solution, we would happily accept it.

There is another issue reported on fm.

So something changed and plugin needs some care.

I mainly use rtlsdr dongle remotely in tcp mode, that's why I hadn't noticed it was not working.
FM works fine instead, but DAB/DAB+ doesn't tune to anything, like it had no VHF input signal.
The problem seems on the dab-rtlsdr-sdgradio and dab-rtlsdr-sdgradio-pcm executables.

You can try those from 6 version? IF they work we know where to focus.

OK. I'll get them from a previous backup and I'll try.

I've done some tests.
All SDG version 6 images since some time ago until now, have the same executable files, same size.

dab-rtlsdr-sdgradio-pcm 158160 bytes
dab-rtlsdr-sdgradio 162252

.... and all version 8 images since march 22 until now, have same executables too, same size.

If I flash the last v6 image backup I have, from March 22 (one minute before flashing v8), DAB works fine, no problem.

If I try files from v6 on a SDG v8 image, they do the same as their own ones -v8- (first post on this topic): file starts but it doesn't tune.

If I try files from v8 on a SDG v6 image, they don't work, and log shows the folowing:

/bin/sh: syntax error: EOF in backquote substitution
Execution finished!!

I supose that v6 images have some missing libs or something like that, which need that v8 compiled files. => I expected it.

But as v6 and v8 files work in the same way on v8 images (DAB NO, FM YES) , it seems that the problem is something inside V8 images,

If you know something more I can do, tell it to me.....

I see that enigma2-plugin-extensions-sdgradio has been updated , but it's still not working.






By the way..... in the old layout, the blue button gave direct access to log.
Now we have to press 3 keys: MENU , 1 (or arrow down) and OK.
It would be good to restore blue button again....
