Bootlogo Plugin by @mika

Here's something new from my hell workshop!
the plugin was tested on the OPEN ATV image.
please forum the community to (if they will use this plugin) to freely specify which image they are using (openpli, openvix ...).
if you like my work give "Say Thanks" and the plugin will be complemented by a new bootlogo image.
soon ipk files are released.
