new dm800 sim2 ssl 84b from sim2

sim2 just released the new secondstage loader ssl-84b
with this new ssl the user will be able to use original drivers 9-11-2011 without modification or adding old files
the new ssl is used only with drivers 9-11-2011 and is incompatible with old drivers
advice to use only the patched images with new ssl84b and with original drivers 9-11-2011

by this development sim2 proved that always has the precedence among other teams who are very happy about unuseful patching of the drivers 11-9-2011 with complete failure to upgrade their ssl from 82 to 84
