The AVL6862 available on osninopro seems to support DVB-C Annex A and Annex B.

Although only Annex A is announced by the tuner (because announcing Annex B would display tuner capable of ATSC).

I can ask if it's possible to get a test driver with Annex B enabled, although no promises...

the path for linuxdvb.ko is /lib/modules/4.8.17/extra/ and restart the box after the transfer
