The IPK is here to get things moving, a script will also be written and provided for those who prefer using Putty to install.
I will also be getting this added to the plugin feeds.

Some hosts you used in the past may be missing, this is temporary and they will be added back as I check and repair them; some have already been added back since this IPK was built and will appear automatically in the next update when its released.
In the automatic updates following this release you will be seeing more and more hosts added back so please avoid the "this host is missing, that host is missing" - I am fully aware of what has been temporarily disabled.
The important thing here is that updates are automatic and when hosts are added they will appear on your E2iStream automatically as before.
I took the decision to not delay it any further and just get the installer out there.
