Strange zoom after power failure - ET9000

    Hi,

There is something I have experiened for years, both on OpenPLi and SatDreamGr on my ET9000.
I have not tried any other images so I'm not sure if behaviour would be the same.
Anyway, almost always after power failure (such as unplugging a working box), there is some strange zoom (both for TV viewing and menu). The picture is very thin and some parts are cut off.
Does the same thing happen for other users? Is this perhaps related to my Panasonic TV - I don't think so.
Is there a way to debug it?
    Thanks.

Lack of comments probably means noone else experiences this or people never see it because there are no power cuts. :) .
Today again, my kid unplugged the extension cord and after plugging it back in the picture looks like in the image attached.
Enigma restart does not help. Only the box restart brings the image back to its proper size.
Interestingly, the image on the OpenWebif is correct all the time.
    Any ideas, please?

Can you uninstalloverscan plugin and see if that happens again?

Overscan plugin? And where is it?
I can't find it under Panel+ Remove Additional Packages or Menu->Plugins.
The only thing I see that relates to the screen is osdpositionsetup and perhaps aspectratioswitch but, as I said, it is not only the menu but also the picture that is "overscanned" every time after a power cut. Enigma restart does not help. Only box restart helps and brings the screen to normal size.
This has happened for as long as I can remember, previously on OpenPLi and now on SatDreamGr.
Screenshots made through OpenWebif are OK.
By the way, my TV is Panasonic TX-P42X10Y.

Most probably that's the plugin name osdpositionsetup, give a try.

SatDreamGr follows OpenPLi so it makes sence to share problems as well.

Hi, I edited my post at the same time as you wrote your reply.
    Does my edit change anything?
I will try uninstalling osdpositionsetup anyway.

Lets check first if plugin removal fixes issue.

Re: Strange zoom after power failure - ET9000

    Hello again,

Cutting the power off is not necessarily a nice test for the box but here is what I found after uninstalling osdpositionsetup.

The picture is not overscanned now (good!) but it seems that uninstalling osdpositionsetup makes the menu appear in "underscan", as opposed to "overscan". I mean it is now smaller than it should be.
Attached is a photo I have taken of my TV. Hope you understand what I mean. However, the same menu on OpenWebif screenshot is again correct.

    And now:
Enigma restart - does not enlarge the OSD
Box restart - does not enlarge the OSD
