I get this warning when i try to check after update on my Duo2:
Today's image contains a new version of OpenEmbedded, which will result in an update of over 300 packages. It is strongly adviced NOT to upgrade your box, but to flash it with today's image
but i cant find any new image?

System OE: OE 2.0

i think that the warning is from the pli base. in any case,if you want,you can get a full backup of your image,and than you can try to upgrade.

This warning applies to OpenPLI users. See this post for details.

SatDreamGr is based on OpenPLI and gets its online updates from the same source, that's why you get this message.

SatDreamGr does not release daily images like OpenPLI does, so you're right that you can't get a new image to reflash as instructed. You have to wait for the next image which will include these changes and many other ones. The difference (with OpenPLI) is that it will be tested before it is made available. This is one of the main reason why I moved from OpenPLI to SatDreamGr: less updates, but better quality.
