I use now 4 images
Open ATV
Xtrendalliance 4.2
Open XTA 4.0
and in flash SDG

All work perfect now with Openmultiboot plugin
use all images there own kernels ? with older multiboot Plugins from/with dreambox the use the kernel of the image from the flash.

OpenMultiboot uses the kernel of the image you are booting into.

You need to apply a fix on OpenPLi images in order to boot (this patch is not accepted by OpenPLi yet)....

Go to the location where OpenPLi is store (lets assume /media/usb) and find the following file: /media/usb/open-multiboot/openpli/etc/init.d/volatile-media.sh

And change the following line:

From:

mount -t tmpfs -o size=64k tmpfs /media

To:

mountpoint -q "/media" || mount -t tmpfs -o size=64k tmpfs /media

Or simply copy the file from /etc/init.d/volatile-media.sh into /media/usb/open-multiboot/openpli/etc/init.d/volatile-media.sh

And try to boot OpenPLi.


Lately OpenPLi has several issues with their images, make sure you are not trying a broken image...

This works with Openpli i have now Openpli on multiboot
