Is there any work around or plugin that I can use to back up system user settings?

Thanks

Do you have a bouquet with character ( on the name?

Hi Athoik, actually yes, have a few with the ( ) symbols. But I've never had a problem with these named bouquets in the past.

At least we know what causes the issue.

Thanks athoik.... removed the incompatible symbols and the backup function is working again.
