The osmini+ has Availink AVL6862 tuner, AFAIK it doesn't support APSK.
The osmini S2+S2 supports APSK on second S2 (the montage one).

Yes, it was reported by several users that this tuner has excellent blindscan, is sensitive and that supports APSK.

I live near Atlanta, Ga., U.S.A. The dual tuner DVB-S2 OS Mini works great for me on the c and ku bands. i have watched several 16APSK feeds with this receiver, and it does a good job with them. I have yet to find any 32APSK transponder that has video or audio channels, but the OS mini has logged 32APSK transponders in a lindscan. These 32APSK transponders were verified using a TBS595 card and windows computer with EBSPro. Only the Montage or the second tuner will do 16APSK.
