Question: Telekanal STB (ukraine multistream channel)

Could anyone point me in the right direction how to receive channels like Telekanal STB on the SF4008?

https://www.lyngsat.com/tvchannels/u...kanal-STB.html

My wife would like to view it, but I'm struggling to receive it.

telekanal stb is an encrypted channel.
do you have the access card that required for the channel to decrypt it???
are you receiving the other channels in the frequency...?

also... in a quick search i did in sirius, i saw that the channel does not exist...

and in a quick confirmation in flysat
