problem on astra 28.2E BAND 11,70 to 12,75 GHz

on astra 28.2 i don't receive BAND 11,70 to 12,75 GHz on my TBS 5925 tuner

It's works on my built-in tuner with the same LNB

Maybe when you try to tune to those frequencies there is an error logged by TBS card? Check dmesg output.

nothing in tmp, but in /var/volatile/log there is dmesg ....

could you explain me how to use dmesg ??

login to your receiver using telnet and type the command dmesg > /tmp/dmesg.log

Then you can find the log file into /tmp/dmesg.log.
