CAUTION: Changing the complete image management

Before: POD full image does not change when the updates, and install a demo with a POD to date, it falait load an image a little older and do the update

Now: the complete picture is updated POD also:

- To install a full POD: take the picture early in the thread, you are a day
- If you already have a good POD generation installed, ca does not change, just update it (Menu - Settings - Software Manager - Software update)

sharpness-scaler: fixed 'neutral' value (middle of the scale)

Note that sometimes the demo does not reboot itself at the end of the update, in this case to OFF / ON to interuptor

- Update Manager map 2.18: support for HD channels on some maps csat.
- Provision in the DLC web interface OpenWeb: to install the current interface REMOVE BEFORE installing OpenWeb in plugins / extensions. Starting today PODHD the 'complete' automatically include OpenWeb instead of the old web interface after Dream.
