Seems the hard drive is out of space or not big enough?
Are you using the backupsuite plugin for backup?
I think that /hdd is not mounted
Make sure that your usb is mounted as primary hdd (device manager can do that).
Or use the way elbandido mentioned above on a usb stick.

It works with the method of elbandido.
My error was to want to do the full backup on HDD.
You have to choose to do it on a USB with ' backupstick. txt'

Where is the HDD located? Is the HDD inside the receiver or at another location?
My USB key is on the face of the Octagon SF4008.
It now works perfectly with ' backupstick. txt' written on the USB key.
