To continue our 1st birthday celebrations here's the next revision of the frontend software.
Changelog :
Addition of 'All Channels' bouquet with no place holders. (Requested).
Major GUI changes, 2 forms merged into 1, makes it quicker to create bouquets.
Addition of Channel 4 and +1 regional selection.
Improved error handling.
Improved status messaging.
Removed minimum forum post requirement
Fixed ITV1+1 regional selection error.
Other minor code improvments.
